The request is to transfer four original petitions in the Family Court, Mavelikkara to Family Court, Thiruvalla.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

The OPs sought to be transferred in Transfer Petitions 452 of 2015, 454 of 2015 and 455 of 2015 were filed by the respondent is the petitioner and the O.P in the other Transfer Petition was filed by the the petitioner in this O.P. Now she is residing at Thiruvalla and the respondent/husband resides near Mavelikkara. The petitioner is residing with her parents and her daughters. Transferring the OPs to Family Court, Thiruvalla will not cause much hardship to the respondent. At the same time, it will be convenient for the petitioner. So I am inclined to grant her prayer.

In the result, these Transfer Petitions are allowed. OP No.817 of 2015, O.P.(HMA) No.229 of 2015, O.P.(HMA) No.239 of 2015 and O.P.(G & W) 267 of 2015 of

Tr.P.(C)Nos.452 of 2015, 453 of 2015, 454 of 2015 and 455 of 2015 Mavelikkara are transferred to Family Court, Thiruvalla. Both parties shall appear before that court on 09.12.2015. sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE R.AV //True Copy// PA to Judge
