He has filed O.P.Nos.211 of 2015 & 212 of 2015 in Family Court, Kollam. The prayer is to transfer them to family Court, Mavelikkara.

The petitioner is now residing at Cheppad near Alappuzha. The respondent resides near Kundara in Kollam. The court at Mavelikkara is in between. I think the request of the petitioner is reasonable.

In the result, these transfer petitions are allowed. O.P.No.211 of 2015 and 212 of 2015 are transferred to Family Court, Mavelikkara. The parties shall appear before that court on 24.11.2015.
