O R D E R

------------ Petitioner is the wife of the respondent, who has filed OP.624 of 2015 in Family Court, Kollam. The request is to transfer it to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. 2.

Heard.

Another OP is pending between the parties in Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner is a resident of Thiruvananthapuram and the respondent of Kollam. It is only proper that the two OPs are enquired into by the same court. So I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner.

In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. OP.624 of 2015 of Family Court, Kollam is transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, which shall issue notice to both parties for their appearance.
