Read the earlier order. Along with the memo dated 22.07.2015 filed by the learned standing counsel for the TDB, a copy of the order on 24.06.2015 has been placed which shows that penalty was imposed on the former Melsanthi, whereby he stands deprived of an increment and also the eligibility to be a Santhikaran in any of the major temples.
