O R D E R

----------- Petitioner is the wife of the respondent, who has filed OP.654 of 2015 in Family Court, Kozhikode for restitution of conjugal rights. The prayer is to transfer it to Family Court, Vatakara, where the O.P 333 of 2015 filed by the petitioner is pending.

Petitioner is a resident of Vatakara in Kozhikode District and respondent of Kadalundi in Kozhikode District. The petitioner is aged 27 years. OP.333 of 2015 filed by the petitioner is pending in Family Court, Vatakara. OP.654 of 2015 filed by the respondent/husband is pending in Family Court, Kozhikode. It is only proper that the two OPs are inquired into by the same court. The facts of the case compel me to take the view that the OP pending in Family Court, Kozhikode should be transferred to Family Court, Vatakara.

In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. OP.654

Tr.P.(C)No.473 of 2015 of 2015 of Family Court, Kozhikode is transferred to Family Court, Vatakara. Both parties shall appear before the court on 22.12.2015.
