Nos. 475 & 631 of 2015 ---------------------------------------------- Dated this the 3rd day of December, 2015 COMMON ORDER Petitioner is the wife of the respondent. He has filed O.P.No.828 of 2015 and O.P.No.972 of 2015 against her in Family Court, Kollam. The prayer in these O.Ps is to transfer them to Family Court, Irinjalakkuda. 2.

The petitioner is a resident of Irinjalakuda. She is aged only

24. She resides with her parents now. It will be very difficult for her travel all the way from Irinjalakuda to Kollam. So I am inclined to grant her prayer to transfer the OPs. But learned counsel for the respondent submits that he can come only by train from Kollam to Irinjalakkuda and many of the long distance trains do not stop at Irinjalakuda and the transfer may be made to Family Court, Thrissur. I think the request is reasonable. Thrissur is not far away from the residence of the petitioner. In the result, these transfer petitions are allowed. O.P.Nos.828 of 2015 and 972 of 2015 are transferred to Family Court, Thrissur. Both parties are directed to appear in that court on 28.12.2015. K.ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE pm
