O R D E R

Petitioner is the wife of the respondent. He has filed O.P.No.852 of 2015 in Family Court, Kottarakara. The petitioner had filed OP.No.458 of 2015 against the respondent in Family Court, Nedumangad. The prayer is to transfer the O.P before the Family Court, Kottrakara to the other court.

There cannot be any doubt that the O.Ps should be enquired by the same court. The petitioner comes from Nedumangad. The respondent belongs to Punalur. It appears that it is only proper that the O.P before the Family Court Kottarakara is transferred to Family Court, Nedumangad.

In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. O.P.No.852 of 2015 of Family Court is transferred to Family Court, Nedumangad, which shall issue notice to both parties for their appearance.
