O R D E R

Petitioner is the wife of the respondent, who has filed O.P. 775 of 2015 in Family Court, Pathanamthitta. The prayer is to transfer it to Family Court, Ernakulam. 2.

Heard.

The petitioner resides at Ernakulam and the respondent at Adoor near Pathanamthitta. The petitioner is aged only 31 years. She has to look after her five year old child also. She is residing with her parents. There is no rail connection between Ernakulam and Pathanamthitta. It is difficult for her to travel all the way from Ernakulam to Pathanamthitta. So I am inclined to grant her prayer. In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. O.P.775 of 2015 of Family Court, Pathanamthitta is transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam, which shall issue notice to both parties for their appearance.
