O R D E R

Petitioner is the wife of the respondent, who has filed OP.No.660 of 2015 in Family Court, Kannur for restitution of conjugal rights. The request is transfer it to Family Court, Ernakulam.

Petitioner is residing at Edappally in Ernakulam and the respondent at Cherupuzha in Kannur District. She is aged 32. OP.1011 of 2015 filed by her in Family Court, Ernakulam is pending. The OP filed by the respondent is pending in Family Court, Kannur. It is only proper that the two OPs are enquired into by the same court. The petitioner is residing at Ernakulam with her five year old child. It is very hard to ask her to appear before the court at Kannur. So I am inclined to grant her prayer. In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. OP.660 of 2015 pending in Family Court, Kannur is transferred to

Tr.P.(C)No.499 of 2015 Family Court, Ernakulam, which court shall post the case for their appearance.
