It is submitted by the learned senior Government Pleader and the learned standing counsel for the TDB that nothing survives in this matter and hence, the SSCR may be closed. We, however, direct that the Board authorities will ensure that the standards fixed in relation to the preparation of Aravana are strictly complied with and there shall be no complaint about the water contents or other issues. Food safety standards shall be scrupulously in terms of the directions and superintendence of the Food Safety Commissioner's Office.

The SSCR is closed and ordered accordingly.
