O R D E R

petitioner is the wife of the respondent, who has filed O.P.No.1042 of 2014 of Family Court, Pathanamthitta. The request is to transfer it to Family Court, Kottayam. 2.

Heard.

The petitioner resides in a hostel. Her father is no more. Her mother is abroad. It is submitted that it is very inconvenient for her to go to Pathanamthitta. The respondent now resides at Hyderabad. So far as he is concerned transfer of the case to Family Court, Kottayam will not be inconvenient. So I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner.

In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. O.P.No.1042 of 2014 of Family Court, Pathanamthitta is transferred to Family Court, Kottayam, which shall issue notice to both parties for their appearance.
