ORDER

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P. 858 of 2013 pending before Family Court, Irinjalakuda transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam.

2. The marital relationship between the first petitioner and the first respondent ran into rough weather and that gave rise to litigations. The respondents instituted O.P. 858 of 2013 before Family Court, Irinjalakuda.

3. It is pointed out by the first petitioner that she is a resident of Malippuram and she has a child to look after therefore, she finds it difficult to go over to Irinjalakuda to attend the court on all posting dates. It is also pointed out that she is financially not sound and there is nobody to

accompany her. Therefore, the petitioners pray for a transfer of the case to Family Court, Ernakulam.

4. Notice was served on the respondents, but there is no appearance.

In the light of the fact that there is no objection, this petition is allowed and O.P. 858 of 2013 pending before Family Court, Irinjalakuda shall stand transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam.
