O R D E R

Petitioner in both the transfer petitions is the wife of the respondent. Through Tr.P.(C) No.6/2014, she is seeking the transfer of O.P.1586/2013 of the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Ernakulam. Through Tr.P.(C) No.5/2014, the petitioner is seeking the transfer of O.P.1595/2013 of the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The petitioner has filed G.O.P.1895/2013 before the Family Court, Ernakulam and further filed O.P.No.1992/2013 and O.P.2049/2013 before the Family Court, Ernakulam as against the respondent. According to the petitioner, she is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ernakulam. The respondent is working abroad. No representation for the respondent.

2. Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. On hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.1586/2013 & O.P.No.1595/2013 on the

file of the Family Court, Thrissur to the Hon'ble Family Court, Ernakulam.

3. In the result, the above transfer petitions are allowed and O.P.1586/2013 & O.P.No.1595/2013 pending before the the Family Court, Thrissur are ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
