J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ This writ appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 15.11.2012 passed in W.P.(C) No.19570 of 2012, which was filed by the HDFC Bank Ltd. The matter was referred to the High Court Mediation Centre as the parties are amenable for mediation. It is reported by the Nodal Officer, Ernakulam Mediation Centre vide letter dated 30.6.2014 that the matter is settled in the mediation between the parties and the terms and conditions of mediated agreement along with Power of Attorney of the 1st respondent are also produced along with the report.
