O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking the transfer of O.P.No.2475 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Attingal to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner is residing at Thiruvananthapuram. She had filed O.P.No.785 of 2013 before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram against the respondent herein, who is her husband, for divorce, recovery of gold ornaments, money etc. As a counter blast, the respondent herein filed O.P.No.2475 of 2013 before the Family Court, Attingal, seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

2. Notice has been served on the respondent. No representation for the respondent.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner

Tr.P.(C).No.65 of 2014 -: 2 :- and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.2475 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Attingal to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.2475 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Attingal is transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
