O R D E R

Petitioner is the wife of the respondent. He has filed O.P.No.1676 of 2013 in Family Court, Thrissur. The prayer of the petitioner in this Transfer Petition is to transfer the original petition to Family Court, Palakkad.

2. Heard.

3. Petitioner is a resident of Palakkad District and the respondent of Thrissur. The petitioner is aged 36. She is jobless. She now resides with her parents. Having regard to these facts, I am inclined to grant her prayer in this Transfer Petition.

Hence, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed. O.P.No.1676 of 2013 of Family Court, Thrissur is transferred to Family Court, Palakkad. Both parties shall appear before that Court on 07.12.2015. Sd/- K.ABRAHAM MATHEW, JUDGE AV
