ORDER

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P.595 of 2013 pending before Family Court, Muvattupuzha transferred to Family Court, Malappuram.

2. The marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. The petitioner says that the respondent has instituted O.P. 595 of 2013 before Family Court, Muvattupuzha with unfounded allegations.

3. It is pointed out by the petitioner that she is a resident of Malappuram and she finds it difficult to go over to Muvattupuzha to attend the court on all posting dates. It is also pointed out that she is financially not sound and also that there is nobody to accompany her. Therefore, she

prays for a transfer of O.P. 595 of 2013 to Family Court, Malappuram.

4. Even though the respondents have been served with notice, there is no appearance.

In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P. 595 of 2013 pending before Family Court, Muvattupuzha shall stand transferred to Family Court, Malappuram. The parties shall appear before Family Court, Malappuram on 26.2.2015.
