O R D E R

Petitioner, who is the wife, is seeking the transfer of OP 155/2014 pending before the Family Court, Nedumangad to the Family Court, Attingal, for trial along with OP 201/2014 filed by her against the respondent, for recovery of gold ornaments, money etc. The respondent has filed OP 155/2014 against the petitioner herein for recovery of gold ornaments, house-hold articles etc. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Attingal. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

When the petitioner/wife is residing within the

Tr.P.(C) 196 of 2014 -: 2 :- jurisdiction of the Family Court, Attingal and she as filed an OP before the Family Court, Attingal, claiming almost the same reliefs sought for in the OP pending before the Family Court, Nedumangad, it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer OP 155/2014 of the Family Court, Nedumangad to the Family Court, Attingal.

In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and OP 155/2014 pending before the Family Court, Nedumangad is transferred to the Family Court, Attingal.
