ORDER

The prayer in this Transfer Petition (Crl) is for a direction from this Court to order the transfer M.C.No.27/2015 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Pala to the file of Family Court, Ettumanoor, where O.P.No.774/2014 is pending. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up, Sri.P.C.Haridas, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the first respondent has no objection in granting the above said prayer.

In this view of the matter, the order in the interest of justice that M.C.No.27/2015 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Pala shall stand transferred to Family Court, Ettumanoor, where O.P.No.774/2014 is pending. The Family Court, Pala will ensure that the case records in relation to the above said M.C.No.27/2015 is transferred and transmitted to the Family

Tr.P(Crl) No.48 of 2015 Court, Ettumanoor without any further delay.

Accordingly, this Transfer Petition(Crl) will stands finally disposed of.
