O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of O.P.No.153/2012 pending before the Family Court, Nedumangadu to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

2. It is unnecessary to go into the facts of the case in detail for the simple reason that the respondents have entered appearance and pointed out that they have no objection in allowing the petition.

3. It may be noticed here that the suit was initially pending before Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram and it was transferred to Family Court, Nedumangadu due to administrative reasons.

4. Since both parties pointed out that it is convenient for them that the matter be transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, it is only proper that relief be granted to the petitioner.

T.P.(C) No.273/2014 In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P.No.153/2012 pending before the Family Court, Nedumangad shall stand transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram on 18.02.2015 and the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram may make every endeavour to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of appearance.
