O R D E R

Petitioner, who is the wife, is seeking the transfer of OP (HMA)No.1066/2012 filed by the respondent/husband seeking divorce before the Family Court, Alappuzha, to the Family Court, Chavara. The petitioner with her minor child is residing at Sasthamkotta, which is within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Chavara. The petitioner had filed OP (HMA)200/2014 against the respondent, before the Family Court, Chavara, for return of gold ornaments, money etc. 2.

Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(HMA)1066 of 2012 of the Family Court, Alappuzha, to the Family Court, Chavara. In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P. (HMA)1066 of 2012 of the Family Court, Alappuzha is transferred to the Family Court, Chavara.
