O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.1311/2013 of the Family Court, Alappuzha, to the Family Court, Ernakulam for trial along with O.P.No.696/2014 and MC No.109/2014 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam. The petitioner is the wife. She has filed O.P.No.696/2014 and MC No.109/2014 before the Family Court, Ernakulam against the respondent husband. The respondent has filed O.P.No.1311/2013 before the Family Court, Alappuzha seeking divorce. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ernakulam.

Notice has been served on the respondent and there is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.1311/2013 of the Family Court, Alappuzha, to the Family Court, Ernakulam. In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.No.1311/2013 of the Family Court, Alappuzha is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
