In the judgment under appeal, instalment facility was granted to the respondent. Though we heard the learned counsel for the parties, in our view, this is purely a discretionary order and therefore, it cannot be said that the judgment suffers from any illegality. But, however, having regard to the fact that the grievance of the learned counsel for the appellants is regarding the number of instalments that was granted, we clarify that, it would be open to the appellants to seek review of the judgment, if they are so advised.
