O R D E R

The petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P.(HMA) No.443 of 2014 of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor, to the Family Court, Mavelikkara.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. On hearing either side and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect the transfer as prayed for.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.(HMA)No.443 of 2014 of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor is transferred to the Family Court, Mavelikkara.

Tr.P.(C)No.389 of 2014 The court below shall, to the possible extent, dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall only be compelled to appear on posting dates on which her presence cannot be dispensed with.
