O R D E R

The petitioner herein, who is the respondent in O.P. No.423/2014 of the Family Court, Ernakulam, has come up for getting the above said OP transferred to Family Court, Mavelikkara, where she is permanently residing. 2.

The said OP has been filed by the respondent herein, who is the husband of the petitioner, seeking dissolution of marriage. The petitioner is permanently residing at Mavelikkara at a place named Kandiyoor, Thattarambalam P.O., Mavelikkara in Alappuzha District. Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent.

Tr.P.(C)401 of 2014 -: 2 :- 3.

On going through the facts and circumstances of the case, and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to deny the relief sought for, and this petition is only to be allowed, and I do so.
