O R D E R

Petitioner is seeking the transfer of GOP 1265/2014 filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Alappuzha. According to the petitioner, the respondent has deliberately filed the said GOP before the Family Court, Ernakulam, in order to harass the petitioner. The petitioner, along with the minor child, are residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Alappuzha. Prior to the breaking down of the marriage, the parties were residing together within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Alappuzha.

Notice has been served on the respondent.

Tr.P.(C) 407 of 2014 -: 2 :- There is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect a transfer as prayed for. In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and GOP 1265 of 2014 of the Family Court, Ernakulam is transferred to the Family Court, Alappuzha.
