Heard the counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.

This Writ Appeal has been filed against the Order dated 21st January, 2015, in Writ Petition (C) No. 1604 of 2015. The learned Single Judge issued an interim order directing the 2nd respondent/Kerala Roller Skating Association to declare the State Team from the best eligible candidates. This appeal was filed in this Court on 23rd January, 2015. The matter was heard on that day and it was directed to be posted after a week.

W.A. No.154/2015 -23.

Learned counsel for the appellant today made a statement that in pursuance of the interim direction, a Team was declared, which consisted three of the writ petitioners. It is further submitted that due to paucity of time, the Team could not participate in the National Games.

Be as it may, the interim direction was carried on by the appellant. We are of the view that there is nothing more to be decided in the Writ Appeal. Writ Petition being pending, all the issues may be raised and considered in the pending Writ Petition.
