O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P. (HMA) No.113/2014 of the Family Court, Chavara filed by the respondent husband, to the Family Court, Kottarakkara. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kottarakkara. She has filed MC No.73/2014 before the Family Court, Kottarakkara seeking maintenance for her and her minor child.

On considering the entire aspects, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(HMA) No.113/2014 of the Family Court, Chavara filed by the respondent husband, to the Family Court, Kottarakkara.
