~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner seeks for the transfer of O.P.(G&W) No.136/2014 of the Family Court, Thiruvalla filed by the respondent husband, to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta. The petitioner is residing with the children within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Pathanamthitta. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing either side and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(G&W) No.136/2014 of the Family Court, Thiruvalla to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.
