O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking transfer of O.S.No.283 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikara, filed by the respondent herein seeking restitution of conjugal rights, to the Family Court, Ernakulam.

According to the petitioner, she is residing at Ernakulam and is working at TCS at Info-park at Kakkanad. She has filed O.P.No.757 of 2014 for return of money, O.P.No.758 of 2014 seeking dissolution of marriage, and M.C.No.120 of 2014 for maintenance for her daughter, as against respondent before the Family Court, Ernakulam. Consequent to her complaint, the Central Police, Ernakulam

Tr.P.(C) 498 of 2014 -: 2 :- has registered Crime No.103 of 2014 against the respondent.

Service on the respondent is declared as complete. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

On going through the facts and circumstances of the case, and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to deny the relief sought for. Hence this petition is only to be allowed and I do so.
