O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the C.P.C. seeking to have O.P.(Div)No. 320/2014 pending before Family Court, Pala transferred to Family Court, Kozhikode. 2.

The marital relationship between the petitioner and respondent ran into rough weather and that gave rise to the litigations. The petitioner claims that she is residing at Kozhikode and she finds it extremely difficult to come to Pala to attend the case on every posting dates. She says that she is not financially sound and she points out that she has nobody to accompany her. Under these circumstances, she prays that the matter may be transferred to Family Court, Kozhikode.

The respondent enters appearance and he has no objection in allowing the petition.

Tr.P.(C) No. 557 of 2014 -24.

In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P.(Div) No. 320/2014 pending before Family Court, Pala shall stand transferred to Family Court, Kozhikode.

Parties shall appear before the Family Court, Kozhikode on 26.05.2015 and Family Court, Kozhikode may make every endeavour to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
