ORDER

These petitions are filed by the same person for transfer of three cases pending before Family Court, Kozhikode to Family Court, Thalassery.

2. Suffice to say, the relationship between the petitioner and the respondent became bitter and that gave rise to litigations between the parties. Both parties have instituted proceedings against each other. These three petitions have been moved by the respondent before Family Court, Kozhikode.

3. The petitioner points that she is a permanent resident of Thalassery and she finds it difficult to go to Kozhikode to attend the court on all posting dates. It is also pointed out that she has no financial resources to meet the expenses and there is nobody to accompany her to

Tr.P.(C).579, 580 & 581/2014.

Kozhikode. It is therefore prayed that O.P. Nos. 896 of 2012, 906 of 2012 and 975 of 2012 pending before Family Court, Kozhikode may be transferred to Family Court, Thalassery.

4. Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no appearance on his behalf. Since there is no objection on the part of the respondent, these petitions are allowed and O.P. Nos. 896 of 2012, 906 of 2012 and 975 of 2012 pending before Family Court, Kozhikode shall stand transferred to Family Court, Thalassery.
