Now, the respondent has filed IA No.2142/2015 stating that he wants to withdraw from O.P.No.1139/2011 of the Family Court, Thiruvalla filed by him, which is sought to be transferred. For enabling him to withdraw from the said OP, the interim order passed by this Court is vacated. As the respondent is withdrawing from the said OP, the present Tr.P.(C) need not be proceeded with and hence, this Tr.P.(C) is closed.
