O R D E R

Petitioner, who is the wife, is seeking the transfer of OP (HMA) 159/2013 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla, to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta. The said OP was filed by the respondent seeking dissolution of marriage. The petitioner had filed OP 1083/2014 before the Family Court, Pathanamthitta against the respondent, for return of gold ornaments, money etc. Further, the petitioner had filed M.C.No.119/2013 against the respondent seeking maintenance before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Ranni. According to the petitioner, she is residing within the jurisdiction of Family Court, Pathanamthitta.

Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(HMA)159 of 2013 of the Family Court, Thiruvalla to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.
