O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.604/2013 filed by the husband and others against her before the Family Court, Pathanamthitta, seeking compensation. According to the petitioner, she is working at Ernakulam and is residing at Ernakulam. She finds it difficult to travel all the way from Ernakulam to Pathanamthitta to attend the case.

Notice has been served on the 1st respondent. No representation for the respondents. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.604/2013 of the Family

TrPC.614/2014 : 2 :
