O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of O.P.No.816/2014 from Family Court, Thrissur to Family Court, Ernakulam.

2. Suffice to say that, the marital relationship between the 1st petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began between them. The 1st petitioner has instituted two proceedings namely, O.P.No.1815/2014 and M.C.No.316/2014 before the Family Court, Ernakulam. As a retaliatory measure, it is seen that the respondent has instituted O.P.No.816/2014 before the Family Court, Thrissur. Pointing out the difficulties caused to the 1st petitioner to go to Family Court, Thrissur to attend the case and also pointing out the feasibility of the same court deciding all the matters in which common issues may be involved, the petitioners pray for transfer of the matter pending before the Family Court, Thrissur to Family Court,

T.P.(C) No.622/2014 Ernakulam.

3. Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no appearance on his behalf. '

In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P.No.816/2014 pending before the Family Court, Thrissur shall stand transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam.
