O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking transfer of O.P.No. 553/2014 pending before the Family Court, Ottapalam to Family Court, Thrissur. 2.

Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the parties got strained and the respondent has instituted O.P. No. 553/2014 before the Family Court, Ottappalam.

The petitioner says that she is a resident of Thrissur and she finds it difficult to go to Ottapalam to attend the routine posting of the case. Therefore, she prays for transfer to the Family Court, Thrissur.

The respondent enters appearance in this petition. But no objection is seen filed.

This petition is allowed and O.P.No. 553/2014 pending before the Family Court, Ottappalam shall stand transferred

O.P.(C) No. 627 of 2014 -2to Family Court, Thrissur.

The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Thrissur on 20.02.2015.
