Notice declared duly served.

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking transfer of O.P.No.699/2013 pending before the Family Court, Kollam to Family Court, Chavara. 3.

Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and both instituted proceedings against each other. It is pointed out by the petitioner that initially she has filed M.C.No. 177/2012 before the Family Court, Kottarakkara for maintenance which was later transferred to Family Court, Chavara due to administrative reasons. The first respondent has instituted O.P.No. 856/2012 before the Family court, Kottarakkara which also stands transferred to Family Court, Chavara. In the light of the above fact, it is prayed that

Tr.P.(C) No. 631 of 2014 -2O.P.No. 699/2013 pending before the Family Court, Kollam may also be transferred to Family Court, Chavara. 4.

In the light of the fact that two other proceedings are already pending before the Family Court, Chavara, it is only proper that all the matters be tried by the same court. In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P.No.699/2013 pending before the Family Court, Kollam shall stand transferred to Family Court, Chavara.
