The matter was referred for mediation. The parties have successfully settled the matter in mediation. Even though it was agreed by both the parties that an application on mutual consent under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act would be filed before the Family Court, Ettumanoor on or before 15.07.2015, a counsel had to be appointed as a legal aid counsel and therefore, it has taken some time. Parties presently agreed that the petition would be filed within two weeks from today. It seems that the terms and conditions agreed to between the parties through the mediation settlement agreement are legal and the same can

Tr.P.(C)No.638 of 2014 be accepted.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is disposed of in accordance with the mediation settlement agreement, which forms part of this order.
