O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking transfer of O.P.No.733/2014 pending before the Family Court, Pathanamthitta to Family Court, Mavelikkara. 2.

Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. The petitioner has instituted O.P.No. 733/2014 before the Family Court, Pathanamthitta seeking return of gold ornaments and other reliefs. The first respondent in turn, has instituted O.P.No.721/2014 before the Family Court, Mavelikkara for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner prays that it is only appropriate that both the matter be tried by the same court so that conflict of decisions can be avoided.

Even though notice was served on the respondent, he has not entered appearance.

Tr.P.(C) No. 639 of 2014 -2In the light of the fact that no objection is seen filed, this petition is allowed and O.P.No.733/2014 pending before the Family Court, Pathanamthitta shall stand transferred to Family Court, Mavelikkara.
