O R D E R
This is a petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking transfer of O.P.No. 441/2014 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. The petitioner is a physically challenged person. The petitioner says that she is a permanent resident of Thiruvananthapuram and the respondent has filed O.P.No. 441/2014 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla. According to the petitioner, she finds it extremely difficult to come to Thiruvalla on every occasion when the case was posted and she is also in financial difficulties. Further, she says that she is a handicapped person and she has nobody to accompany her.
Tr.P.(C) No. 640 of 2014 -2Therefore, she prays that O.P. pending before the Family Court Thiruvalla may be transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

Though notice was served on the respondent, he has not entered appearance and no objection is seen raised. This petition is allowed and O.P.No. 441/2014 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla shall stand transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
Parties shall appear before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram on 25.02.2015.
