O R D E R

Tr.P.C.No.649 of 2014 is filed by the petitioner seeking the transfer of OP(G&W)24/14 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikara to the Family Court, Thiruvalla. The said OP was filed by the respondent who is none other than the husband of the petitioner. Tr.P.C.No.650 of 2014 is filed by seeking the transfer of OP 1088 of 2014 filed by the respondent herein before the Family Court, Mavelikkara to the Family Court, Thiruvalla.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

On going through the facts and circumstances of the case, and on hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect a transfer as prayed for. In the result, these Transfer Petitions are allowed and O.P.(G&W)No.24 of 2014 and O.P. No.1088/2014 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikara are transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvalla.
