This appeal is directed against an interim order dated 20.1.2015 of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.17334/14, by which, the learned Judge imposed a condition in granting stay against the operation of Ext.P2, which was impugned in the above writ petition, to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.4,50,000/- before the Commissioner of Workmen's Compensation, within a period of one month from the date of the order.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the respondent.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances involved in the case, we are not inclined to interfere with the order impugned in this appeal. However, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
W.A.No.397 of 2015 appellant, the time granted by the learned Single Judge in depositing the said amount is extended for a period of 3 months from today.
Writ appeal is closed accordingly.
