O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner is the wife, who is seeking the transfer of O.P.No.150/014 filed by the respondent husband seeking dissolution of marriage before the Family Court, Wayanad at Kalpatta to the Family Court, Vadakara, where the petitioner has filed O.P.No.460/2014 seeking arrears of maintenance and M.C.No.63/2014 seeking future maintenance, etc. The petitioner along with the small child, is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Vadakara.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing both the learned counsel and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.150/014 of the Family Court,

Tr.P.C.662/2014 : 2 :
