ORDER

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P. 966 of 2013 transferred from Family Court, Tirur to Family Court, Thrissur.

2. Suffice to say, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the first respondent ran into rough weather and that gave rise to litigations. The petitioner has instituted O.P. 275 of 2013 before Family Court, Thrissur. It is pointed out that as a retaliatory measure, the respondents instituted a case before Family Court, Malappuram and the same has been transferred to Family Court, Tirur and numbered as O.P. 966 of 2013.

3. The petitioner points out that she is a resident of Thrissur and she finds it difficult to go over to Tirur to

attend the case on all posting dates. It is also pointed out that she has some financial difficulties and there is nobody to accompany her.

4. Notice was served on the respondents.

This petition is allowed and O.P. 966 of 2013 pending before Family Court, Tirur shall stand transferred to Family Court, Thrissur.
