O R D E R

Petitioner is seeking the transfer of OP 494/2014 pending before the Family Court, Vadakara to the Family Court, Ernakulam. According to the petitioner, she, along with the respondents, were residing together at the flat of the respondent at Kadavanthra, Ernakulam, which is within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ernakulam. Further, according to the petitioner, still the respondent has own flat at Ernakulam. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ernakulam.

Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard

Tr.P.(C) 683 of 2014 -: 2 :- learned counsel for the petitioner.

On considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect a transfer as prayed for. In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P.No.494 of 2014 of the Family Court, Vadakara is transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
