O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P.No.943/2012 transferred from Family Court, Irinjalakuda to Family Court, Thrissur.

2. The marital relationship between the 1st petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. As many as four litigations are there and three of them are pending before Family Court, Thrissur and one at Family Court, Irinjalakuda.

3. Both parties submit that common issues may arise in the matter and decision in one matter may have bearing on the other and therefore all the petitions may be heard and dispose of by the same court.

4. Considering the convenience of the parties, it is ordered that all the petitions shall be tried by Family Court, Irinjalakuda.

T.P.(C) No.686/2014 Therefore, there will be an order directing that O.P.No.432/2012, O.P.No.479/2012 and O.P.No.670/2014 pending before Family Court, Thrissur shall be transferred to Family Court, Irinjalakuda.
