O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking transfer of O.P.(MMA)No. 593/2014 pending before the Family Court, Kottarakkara to Family Court, Mavelikkara. 2.

Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. The petitioner has instituted proceedings before the Family Court, Mavelikkara. It is contended that as a retaliatory measure, the respondent has instituted O.P.No. 593/2014 before the Family Court, Kottarakkara. The petitioner points out that she finds it extremely difficult to go out to Kottarakka to attend the routine posting of the case and she is in financial difficulties and there is nobody to accompany her. She therefore prays for a transfer to Family Court, Mavelikkara.

Tr.P.(C) No. 697 of 2014 -23.

Notice was served on the respondent but there is no appearance on behalf of him.

Since there is no objection is filed or raised, this petition is allowed and O.P.(MMA)No. 593/2014 pending before the Family Court, Kottarakkara shall stand transferred to Family Court, Mavelikkara.
