O R D E R

Petitioner is seeking the transfer of OP 511/2014 pending before the Family Court, Pala to the Family Court, Ettumannoor. According to the petitioner, she is residing with her aged parents within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ettumannoor and she finds it difficult to travel all the way from Pala to Ettumannoor to attend the case. 2.

Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Tr.P.(C) 698 of 2014 -: 2 :- this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer the case as prayed for. In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P.No.511 of 2014 of the Family Court, Pala is transferred to the Family Court, Ettumannoor.
