JUDGMENT
Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for police protection for his life and property. The petitioner submits that he had obtained permission for filling up certain item of property situated in Re-Sy. No.645/1 of Manakkunnam Village. Permission has been obtained as per Ext.P3. The writ petitioner has approached this court since there was obstruction from additional respondents 4 to 6.
2. A statement has been filed by third respondent inter alia stating that no untoward incident has been reported so far.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was unable to carryout the aforesaid operation as he could not even go there.
4. Having regard to the fact that substantial time has elapsed after filing of the writ petition, we do not think that any further direction is required to be passed in this case. We only
W.P(C).285/13 observe that if there is any further cause of action, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the police. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
